This is the other vicariate with the title Immaculate conception. It is located within the city of Bacolod. In this vicariate, there are three parishes and two chaplaincies with the Immaculate Conception Parish & Shrine as the vicariate seat.

The parishes under this vicariate are: Sto. Nino Parish and Shrine and the Queen of Peace Parish. While the chaplaincies are the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Chaplaincy in Eroreco and the Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Chapel.
